6 Months!

6 Months old and Mom is only 2 days late on the post! WHOOT WHOOT!

At 6 months she can now...
*Reaches for anything and everything she can see and reach
*Falls asleep without being bundled
*Lays in her crib and talks until dad gets her and brings her to mom in the morning...No crying in the morning for this baby!
*Shows us she is NOT a fan of rice cereal
*Tells us when she is done eating by flubbering her lips

*Be awake and content in her car seat
*Get her short little legs ready for the day she gets to ride a bike! Round and Round they go!
*Play and be content without being held for longer amounts of time
*Rolling around a lot more, especially to get thing that are out of her reach, if if she still can't get what she wants and its on a blanket, she will pull the blanket to her, to bring the toy closer...Such a smartie!

She is getting better at...

*Eating eating baby food, we are currently working on carrots

*Playing with her favorite cousin Jocelyn and best friend Grace

*Cuddling with mom

She STILL...

*Is very easily distracted
*Puts herself to sleep

*Sleeps between 8-10 hours a night

*LOVES being outside (she hardly EVER cries when we are outside)
* Sits up on her own for about 10 seconds at a time, a lot longer with pillows around her

*Suck on fruit through her handy dandy mesh ...bag... baby fruit sucking thing

*Melts everyone's hearts' she sees

*Instantly turns a crappy day good with one little smile, squeal or giggle.

*Cuddles with everyone except mom
